Boss Evolution Aluminium Scaffold Tower

The latest system from Youngman is the BoSS Evolution scaffolding system, it is 100% compatible with BoSS Original towers but is even more competitively priced. This aluminium tower system offers all the benefits of Boss Ladderspan plus some great new features. Technological advancement such as Laser cutting and robotic welding have contributed greatly to the quality and durability of the system. Boss Evolution scaffold towers are manufactured to the same and improved high quality standard as the Boss original tower, but feature tube to tube welding, creating Tee-less aluminium frames which increase rigidity, strength and reduce the weight of frames. The Boss Evolution scaffolding system is entirely compatible with Boss Ladderspan aluminium towers, but is more streamlined in appearance, with increased strength and durability.

Boss Original Ladderspan Aluminium Access Towers

Boss Ladderspan was the first aluminium scaffolding tower to be specifically designed to comply with EN1004. NEW! Boss Camlock Advanced Guardrail system

The new Cam-Lock AGR (Advance Guard Rail) system is a one piece frame assembly that is attached prior to the operator ascending the platform, thus providing protection by guard rails at all times. The frame is secured with the Cam-lock system which is incredibly quick and easy to use. The employment of the Cam-lock AGR also creates tower rigidity therby increasing the tower stability. Now available on all BoSS Evolution and Boss Clima aluminium scaffold towers.(3.2m length not available)(not Minimax or GRP).

ZONE-1 GRP Scaffolding Towers

The premier quality grp (glass reinforced polymer) scaffolding system, completely non conductive, non sparking, non corroding and non oxidising. Manufactured using additional circumferential winding for increased strength. Up to 4 times greater than other fibreglass scaffolding systems. This tower is designed specifically for use in high risk areas such as petrochemical plants and anywhere where there is a risk from electrical contact. Also ideal for use in clean areas such as hospitals or catering environments. High visibility and zero scrap value leads to increased security on site.(3.2m length not available)

BoSS Clima Scaffold Tower

The Boss Clima is an aluminium scaffolding system manufactured by the Youngman Group incorporates climbing frames with 250mm easy climb rung spacing eliminating the need for an integral ladder. This gives greater flexibility when tower platform heights are critical. There are fewer different components with the end frames all of which are interchangeable enabling slightly easier tower assembly. All other components are compatible with the Boss Ladderspan aluminium scaffold system.

Additional Tower Components

Several additional components are available for both aluminium and GRP scaffold systems which are designed to overcome the most awkward of access problems and increase user safety. These include, high clearance scaffolding frames allowing access through the centre of the tower, Portal and Walkthrough end frames also allowing access through the middle of the tower. Bridge Beam Units for linking towers and cantilever frames to overcome obstacles such as porches. Please note, specialist training is required to erect some of these components.

BoSS Lift Shaft / Confined Space Scaffold Towers

The Youngman BoSS Confined Space/Liftshaft scaffolding tower uses standard Boss aluminium frames but is only 1.3m long. Ideal for Liftshaft installation and maintenance or for use in restricted areas where standard length Boss scaffold will not fit. Incorporates integral ladder to facilitate easy access to working platform.

BoSS Stairmax Scaffolding Systems

The ideal scaffold system for use on domestic and commercial staircases. Available in 3 widths, 600mm,700mm and 850mm. 1.3m length. 700mm and 850mm can be built up to 4.2m platform height from the lowest stair. 600mm can be built up to 2.2m platform height from the lowest stair.

BoSS Minimax Scaffold Tower

The Minimax is a heavy duty aluminium folding base system ideally suited to professional or frequent use. The aluminium scaffold tower is availabe with additional expansion packs which enable platform heights of up to 5.8m to be built. This lightweight aluminium scaffold tower is designed to fit through standard doorways and corridors thus facilitating easy relocation inside of buildings. The scaffold tower has a working platform can be adjusted in 250mm intervals allowing comfortable working heights to be achieved. Easy to transport and store. The scaffold tower base unit will fit into most small vans or hatchbacks.
