Faulty Goods:

All our products are covered by a full manufacturers guarantee. In the unlikely event the goods are faulty or are damaged in transit

1.Email us at sales@rk-access.com confirming your name, address, your order reference, the product involved and a description of the fault or damage.

2.If the product needs to be returned to us we will organise collection by our nominated carrier.
